Let me start off by saying that choosing Tijuana Evans and Prime 1 Realty was one of the greatest decisions my wife and I made. Here’s why:When my wife and I decided to sell our first home, we chose to sell to Opendoor for the convenience. Also, we didn’t believe our home would sell on the open market. After our first showing, MULTIPLE offers were received, and two of those offers were in the 300K range. The offers received on our home were much better than what Opendoor offered. We accepted an offer and were immediately on the clock to find a new home. Due to the crazy market, it took us FOUR offers to finally get the home that we wanted. The crazy part, the very last home we put an offer on, was the home my family NEEDED and fell in love with instantly. Our offer was accepted! The journey was exciting and frustrating at times, but having Tijuana and Prime 1 Realty on your team made things much more reassuring. T

ijuana is a VERY busy woman. I expected that from her reviews. But once you begin working with her, it feels like you’re her only client just by her responsiveness and attentiveness to your needs. When my family finally moved into our forever home, my 5 year old son kept asking where Tijuana was and why she didn’t move in with us.
